Environment experts have predicted that in the 21st century we will suffer a shortage of water and silence. People and animals need areas where Silence is respected. People are also in need of places to relax and participate in various activities. Nature is an active presence inside the space, through water features and vegetation and through an ample amount of natural light passing through various skylights. The materials were chosen with the aim of reducing sound pollution. It consists of a sound laboratory, theatre for mime and silent plays, a spa, and a pyramid room for meditation. Behind all creation is Silence. Silence is the essential condition, the vital ingredient for all creation and all that is created. It is a power in its own right. The artist starts with a blank canvas - Silence. The composer places it between and behind the notes.
