A 130sqm flat in one of the busy and wealthy areas in Beirut. The design characteristics reflects the simplicity and modern personality of the client. The main volume consists of white back painted reflective glass that separates the living area from the service area like kitchen and the guest WC. At the same time, this separation, and due to the automated mechanism, provide open space option to the kitchen, when needed.. Simplicity and multi-use function was the idea whist designing the entire flat. The Master bedroom bathroom is a clear freestanding glass box in the room providing transparency and natural light transition in this massive concrete building. Selected materials are all light in colors with small touches of natural wood to create contrast with an earthy feel.
